Take the guess work out of trying to find the correct awning size for your leisure vehicle.
We are confident in our experience and expertise in providing you with an informative and reliable information.
If you purchase an awning for your leisure vehicle, based on what we have advised and your awning does not fit.
We will replace it FREE of Charge.

- 1. The StandArt Fitment Guarantee is only available for products
purchased from ourselves and on one of our websites. - 2. The StandArt Fitment Guarantee lasts for a maximum of 30 days after
placing your order. - 3. The StandArt Guarantee is not automatically applied to every purchase. You must have contacted us prior to placing your order with your caravan details or motorhome measurements using one of our own
communications channels. - 5. You must have measured your leisure vehicle accurately and as per
instructions given by our experts or given us the correct details for
your caravan (make, exact model and year of manufacture).
Please note we may refuse to honour our fitment guarantee if:
- Taken a wrong measurement or given us wrong details about your leisure vehicle.
- Purchased a size/make/model by mistake or against our advice.
- Failed to inform us for any modifications or additional accessories mounted on your vehicle that could obscure or fall within the reach of the awning or privacy room.
- Tried to use the awning, tent or privacy room even though it does not suit your vehicle or tried to make any modifications or alterations to it.
- Changed your leisure vehicle during the 30 day period.

In the rare cases, where we do get it wrong and you must return your product, please make sure:
- Your Item is Dry, damage free, in usable and resealable condition and original packaging (where possible…)
- The item should be packed in its original packaging and adequately secured against potential damage during transit.
- Once we receive your problematic product, we would inspect and compare its condition with its original state.
- If we find it has been damaged by yourselves, made dirty or is missing accessories, we may refuse to process your claim and deduct the associated costs from your original purchase price.
- We decide each case on its own merits, using what we consider good, honourable and fair business practises.
- The StandArt Fitment Guarantee has no cash out value. If your claim is successful, we will only replace the product with one of the same make & model or identical product up to the value of your original purchase.
- We will only dispatch a replacement product, once we have received your returned items back.
- The StandArt Fitment Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Act.
