1. All our USED caravan awnings are sold with a 90 day StandArt product guarantee, which covers condition, usability and water tightness of the awning.
2. All NEW CampTech awnings are supplied with a standard 12month manufacturer's warranty.
3. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to any awning from FIRE, Improper use or adverse weather condition.
4. We dispatch our awnings directly from our warehouse and we take great care when packing our products... Please do not accept delivery of your awning if the packaging appears damaged, opened or mended in any way...! It is a lot easier to raise an insurance claim with the courier service provider this way.
5. We strongly advise to test fit your awning and make sure all components are present, before heading up to your camping adventure.
6. We aim to dispatch within 24hours of receiving your order and provide you with a tracking number. Please note that all deliveries are due within 48 hours of dispatching.
If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact the courier company with the tracking number provided.

1. All our awnings are dispatched with reputable couriers such as ParcelForce 48 Large or DHL on a fully insured delivery.
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF YOUR AWNING IF THE PACKAGING APPEARS BROKEN, TORN or DAMAGED.
2. We CANNOT accept responsibility if you have chosen the wrong size awning for your caravan and motorhome. We strongly advise you to contact our team and confirm the size of your awning as per manufacturer's specification. In cases where you need to return your awning due to wrong size or incorrect fitment, please note e 30% restocking charge would apply.
3. For USED awning, we comprehensively check every aspect of the awning before listing it for sale. Photos form an integral part of each and every listing and detailed description is provided of any areas with problems. The 90 days StandArt Guarantee covers usability, appearance and watertightness of the awning only.
4. Each return claim will be assessed individually and we strongly advise to make sure you have sufficient photographic evidence of the problems. This would make the process easy and straightforward.
5. Please inspect your awning carefully upon receipt and if possible test fit it onto your caravan, before setting off on your camping adventure.
6. In the unlikely event of having to return your awning to us, please note that you as a Buyer would be responsible for adequate packaging and shipping costs.
