  Parcels under 1m and under 30kg are charged at £24.99 (excl. VAT) per parcel. 

  For oversized items, we ship via TND / DX Freight, however we do need to obtain a shipping quote first.

 Stock Availability.

   Whilst we keep an extensive stock list of awnings and accessories, it is virtually impossible to keep every single awning model, in every colour and every size on the shelf.

  Depending on the nature of your order, and especially in peak season, your awning may be dispatched straight from our supplier / manufacturer. In such circumstances, delays up to 48 hours may occur until you receive your awning.

  The StandArt Fitment Guarantee is a great way to take the guesswork out of ordering your new awning. 

  When you contact us with a fitment enquiry , we will compare and provide information about sizing according to the database available for your leisure vehicle as per manufacturer’s specifications. 

  In the rare cases, where we have advised you on size, and the awning does not fit your leisure vehicle, we would take care of return shipping and provide you with a suitable replacement.

2. Whilst we would always account for a slightly uneven ground on a your camping pitch, we may opt to refuse to honour our fitment warranty if your pitch has severe incline or uneven ground.
