We are so confident that in our experience and expertise that we are ready to
put our money where our mouth is.
If you approach us for a fitment advice and purchase an awning for your leisure
vehicle, based on what we have advised and your awning does not fit…
We will replace it FREE of Charge.
As everything there is a few rules and a few exception applicable to this
warranty.
The StandArt Fitment Guarantee is only available for products
purchased from ourselves and on one of our products or websites.
The StandArt Fitment Guarantee last for a maximum of 21 days after
placing your order.
The StandArt Guarantee is not automatically applied to every
purchase.
You must have contacted us prior to placing your order with your
caravan details or motorhome measurements using one of our own
communications channels.
You must have measured your leisure vehicle accurately and as per
instructions given by our experts or given us the correct details for
your caravan (make, exact model and yesr of manufacture).
We cannot account or be helf responsible if you have:
Taken a wrong measurement or given us wrong details about your
leisure vehicle.
Purchased a size/make/model by mistake or against our advice.
Failed to inform us for any modifications or additional accessories
mounted on your vehicle that could obscure or fall within the reach of
the awning or privacy room.
Tried to use the awning, tent or privacy room even though it does not
suit your vehicle or tried to make any modifications or alterations to
the awning/privacy room.
Changed your leisure vehicle during the 21 day period.
Please note: In the rare cases where we do get it wrong ,you must return the
awning or privacy room dry, damage free, in usable and resealable condition.
The item should be packed in its original packaging and adequately secured
against potential damage during transit.
Once we receive your problematic product, we would inspect and compare its
condition with its original state.
If we find it has been damaged by yourselves, made dirty or is missing
accessories, we may refuse to process your claim and deduct the associated
costs from your original purchase price.
We decide each case on its own merits, using what we consider good,
honourable and fair business practises.
Please note the StandArt Fitment Guarantee has no cash out value. If your
claim is successful, we will only replace the product with one of the same make
& model or identical product up to the value of your original purchase.
The StandArt Fitment Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under the
Consumer Act
