If you wish to return your items, you have 30 days from the day you received your order to raise a return request, providing your items are in unopened, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Refunds
1. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot be held responsible for any uninsured losses due to damage or loss of your return parcel.
2. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Awning Returns Policy
If you are returning a tent or awning, please note the following:
- Your tent or awning must be clean and completely dry.
- Include clear photos of the issue along with a brief description of the problem.
- Depending on your request, we may send your item to the manufacturer for testing or inspection.
- If the product is found not faulty by us or the manufacturer, it will be returned to you at your own cost.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged in a cardboard box or protective packaging. Inadequate packaging may result in refusal by couriers or return without processing.
Please Note
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your products caused by stormy / windy weather conditions, accidents, misuse, and wear & tear.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If the Awning has been taken out of its bag and tried on the vehicle.
- Any item not in its original condition, or if it is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
