Collections are arranged either in person (where available) or via ParcelForce 48 Large.
Packages can be split into multiple parcels as long as each one is under 30kg and under 1.5m long.
If the condition differs slightly, we will revise the valuation fairly and transparently.
If the discrepancy is significant, we may decline the part exchange. You can then:
- Collect the awning from us, or
- Have it returned via courier (£17.40 + VAT per parcel)
To comply with manufacturer and dealer agreements, all new awnings must be sold at Set Retail Prices, not discounted or considered “second‑hand”.
