We will pass on your details (name, address, telephone number and email) to our delivery partners to facilitate the smooth delivery of your order and provide you with tracking information.
Although you may start receive a tracking notifications earlier, All tracking numbers will become available to you, when they are scanned and have entered the courier’s delivery network.

Once your order leaves our premises, it is in the hands and care of the logistics company. We do not have control over the process, cannot amend or change any of the delivery details or affect the delivery times.
Please note: During peak season (Easter – November) there might be a delay in the dispatch or delivery of your order of up to 36-48 hours depending on our supply chain and stock availability.
We will always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however we (or any or our competitors) do not have the physical possibility to stock all models in all colour and size variations on the shelf. Depending on your order, we may dispatch it straight from the manufacturer which may result in a 24-48hour delay.
We would always encourage you to plan your next awning purchase in advance, allowing sufficient time not only for delivery, but to check over its contents before heading up to the campsite, especially in peak season.
