Returns & Refunds Policy.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and are always here to help you make an informative decision before you place an order.
If you wish to return your items, you have 30days from the day you received your order to raise a return request, providing your items are in unopened, unused condition and in its original packaging.

REFUNDS:
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and we cannot be held responsible to any uninsured losses due to loss and damage to your return parcel.
- When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you for this via email and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Although we will always aim to process your refund in a speedy and prompt manner, depending on your payment method, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to clear on your account.
AWNING RETURNS:
- If you are returning a tent or awning, please note the following:
- Your tent / awning must be clean and dry.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged in a cardboard box or other protective packaging suitable for transport. Failure to do this will result in the couriers refusing to collect the item, or us sending the item back to you unprocessed.
- Depending on the nature of your request, we may need to send your tent / awning to the manufacturer for inspection / testing.
- Please Include photos of the problematic areas and description of the problem.
If your tent / awning is deemed by us or the manufacturer not to be faulty, we reserve the right to dispatch your item back to you at your cost.
PLEASE NOTE:
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your products caused by stormy / windy weather conditions, accidents, misuse and wear & tear, and There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If the Awning has been taken out of its bag and tried on the vehicle.
- Any item not in its original condition, or if it is damaged has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY GOODS BACK TO MANUFACTURER BEFORE COMPLETING THE RETURN FORM.
