Warranty Registration

All new awnings are sold with a minimum of 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.
Some manufacturers, like Fiamma, Westfield and Camptech have an extended warranty schemes, where product registration may be required to activate it.
Please refer to the individual product details: You have the right to return or refuse delivery of a product if it is unfit for its purpose or develops a problem during its normal exploitation. For brand new awnings, this is raised directly with the manufacturer and we are bound by our dealer contract to a to collect all related information to your warranty claim and pass it onto the manufacturer for assessment*(*exclusions apply where manufacturer is selling through its own outlets and at trade shows. In such cases your claim will be handled with the manufacturer directly) Whilst claims are individually assessed, each manufacturer has different policies when it comes to processing a claim.
There is certain circumstances the claim may be automatically dismissed, such as: Damage caused by adverse weather conditions. We strongly recommend you include your new awning on your caravan insurance policy, as this would be the best Damage caused by improper use. For example if you have purchased a touring awning and have used it as a seasonal pitch awning. Damage deemed by the manufacturer to be caused by incorrect pitching. This included overstretching or failing to tension the canvass, incorrect positioning of the poles, which affect stability and wind/water tightness.

For Approved Used Awnings, each claim is individually assessed, based on your individual circumstances and product you have purchased, based on what to believe to be good and honest business practices.
To start your Warranty Registration Claim, please fill in our Warranty form and email it to

Include with your form:
1. Photo of the Front / Left / Right hand side, showing the full awning setup from end to end.
2. Detailed description on the problem experienced, backed with sufficient photographic evidence of the affected area.
PLEASE NOTE: If this claim relates to wrongfully purchased size for your leisure vehicle, and you have not taken advantage of our StandArt Fitment Guarantee, we will no longer be able to issue a full refund. If your awning has been taken out of the box, tried and used on a caravan it is no longer considered a BRAND NEW AWNING. Therefore we would only offer a refund up to 70% of the value of your initial purchase. The manufacturer may request the product to be returned directly to them if further investigation is needed or the problem cannot be assessed from the information we have provided.
Please note : If your claim is successful , the manufacturer will only offer a replacement or repair to your product, not a refund. We will only authorise a replacement product after we receive your returned item
