Condition Report

This approved used Residence G3 was originally purchased new in July 2026. The previous owner subsequently changed motorhomes and traded this room package against a new drive-away awning setup. As a result, the Residence G3 has seen very little use and remains in fantastic condition.

Professionally Inspected, Fully Equipped and Campsite ready. Exceptionally clean condition with he only minor signs of ownership are a few light dirt marks across the lower mudwall sections where the fabric naturally sits on the ground when erected.
