Q. Will the Isabella Cirrus 300 North fit my Caravan?
The Isabella Cirrus Air 300 is a universal fit inflatable porch awnings, compatible with most mid and large sized caravans. With only 310cm straight awning rail requirement, this awning is easy to position, easy to use and easy to store.
Q. Are Approved used caravan awnings worth buying compared to new awnings?
Absolutely. Our approved used caravan awnings offer significant savings compared to buying new, while still providing excellent condition, quality materials, and reliable performance. Every approved used awning is individually inspected before sale, giving customers confidence when purchasing a pre-owned awning. Many models are available with substantial discounts from original RRP.
Q. What is the difference between an Approved used awning and an Ex-demo awning?
An approved used awning has previously been previously owned and used awning with expected signs of wear, which has been professionally inspected. These are typically awnings, which have had minor and modest use and are fully equipped and ready for use. An ex-demo awning is typically an indoor showroom or show display model, which has been erected and fully assembled . These models may have various small marks, mostly from traffic and are typically supplied in original box packaging with all accessories included as per manufacturers specification.
Q: What is the difference between a Ex Demo and a Tried on Caravan Model.
Ex-Demo Awnings are typically showroom, exhibition or display models used by retailers or manufacturers to showcase a product. They may have been erected for customer demonstrations, photography, trade shows or in-store displays. Although they are generally in excellent condition, minor cosmetic signs of handling or display use may be present.
Tried-On Caravan Awnings have usually only been fitted briefly to a customer’s caravan to confirm sizing and suitability. In many cases, the awning has never been camped in, the canvas remains virtually unused, and frame components may still be factory sealed. These models are often exchanged through our Fitment Guarantee programme and are typically as close to “new” condition as possible without being sold as brand new
Q. Do your Sale and End of Line Clearance Awnings come with a warranty?
Yes. Many of our approved used, ex-demo and tried-on awnings are supplied with either a StandART warranty or a full/partial manufacturer’s backed warranty, with the duration varying by product. Individual listings will clearly state the warranty provided, allowing our customers to buy with confidence and peace of mind.
Q. Are all accessories included with your Approved Used and End of Line Clearance awnings?
All our awnings are supplied complete with all original accessories, including curtains, draught skirts, wheel arch covers, ladders bands, pegging kits and frame components, originally supplied by the manufacturer. Most End of Line Clearance awnings may include additional accessories and will always be clearly identified within the product description.
Q. How much can I save when buying an ex-demo or end of line clearance caravan awning?
Savings vary by model and condition, but it is not uncommon for customers to save hundreds of pounds compared to current retail prices. Many end-of-line, approved used and ex-display awnings provide access to premium brands and specifications at significantly reduced costs.
Q. How do I know if an awning will fit my caravan or motorhome?
Our team can help verify compatibility before purchase. For full caravan awnings, we use your caravan’s A-measurement or model details. For motorhome and campervan awnings, we check installation height and rail dimensions to ensure the awning is suitable for your vehicle.
Q. Are Approved used awnings and Ex Demo Models checked before it is sold?
Yes. Every approved used awning, ex demo or tried on caravan awnings undergoes a condition assessment before being listed. We check canvas condition, windows, zips, panels, frames and accessories to ensure the awning meets our standards and is as accurately described for the end customer as possible.
